Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Reservation

A booking is considered binding as soon as you receive a written booking confirmation via email from us, the WTF Camp. Only then is your pitch, cabin, or booked service officially reserved for you.

Payment

Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice, which we send together with the booking confirmation or shortly thereafter.
Short-term reservations or additional on-site offers (e.g., activities) can be conveniently paid by card directly at the camp.

Price Adjustments

If purchase prices or exchange rates change significantly, we reserve the right to adjust the agreed prices accordingly. In such cases, we will of course inform you in advance.

Cancellation

Cancellations and rebookings must be made in writing. In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:

  • From booking: 25%

  • 90–30 days before arrival: 50%

  • Less than 30 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100%

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, especially for unforeseeable events such as illness or accidents.

Liability and Activities

All activities are undertaken at your own risk. We do not accept liability for personal injury or property damage. We are also not liable for damages or disadvantages not caused by us. This includes:

  • Misconduct or omissions by the guest before or during the stay

  • Unforeseeable or unavoidable actions or omissions of third parties involved in providing the service

  • Liability is excluded if the guest does not follow our instructions

Force Majeure

In events beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather conditions such as snowstorms, prolonged cold, storms, fire, strikes, legal requirements, or supply shortages, we reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings. In such cases, there is no entitlement to compensation or other damages.
